If you’ve collected some Contacts in Typeform already, you can distribute your research study directly to your own contact lists. You can send your research study to the filtered contact lists you’ve created in Typeform.

You’ll need access to the Automations feature in Typeform to send personalized email invitations to your Contacts to take your research study.
Automations are available as an add-on feature on the Plus, Business,Talent, Growth Custom, and Enterprise plans.
Automations are included in the Growth Flow plan at no extra cost.
To share your research study with your contacts
- Click the Share tab or click the Share button in the top right corner to publish your research study.
- On the Share page, click Invite contacts.
- Click the All contacts dropdown list to import your contacts or build your own contact lists. Click Manage contacts to create a new contact list or perform other contact-related actions.

- Toggle the Reward switch to set rewards for your respondents. This will allow you to send people a gift card through Tremendous and encourage them to take your study.
- Click Authorize to connect to your Tremendous account. This works like any other integration in Typeform. You can log into your existing Tremendous account to connect to Typeform, or create a new one when prompted.
- Now you’ll see that your Tremendous account has been connected to your Typeform account. Click Next.
- Type the amount you want to offer to participants and select a currency from the dropdown list, then click Save.
- Update the Send from and Sender name fields and toggle the Reply to switch if you want to send reply emails from the same email address, or untoggle the switch to enter a different email address.
Sending email invites to your Contacts is powered by Automations, and you must have a custom domain set up on your account to share your research study with your contact lists.
- Under Invitation email, click Edit email to customize the invitation email using Typeform’s email builder.
- Under Reward email, click Edit email to customize the Reward email. This will be sent to your participants after they’ve completed your research study.
You can add a link to the reward page to the button in this email, allowing participants to claim their reward at the end of the study.
- When you’re happy with your setup, click Send invitation to distribute the email to your contacts.
Participants will receive an email in a matter of seconds, and they can click the invitation link to complete the study.
Once they’ve submitted their response, you can head to the Results Sessions of your research study to approve their reward and pay them out.
After this, participants will receive an email with their reward, and they can simply click Claim reward to select a reward from the Tremendous catalog by providing their location and selecting a product.
