Contacts and Automations power up your Typeform account, bringing all your contacts into one place, and allowing you to set up communication flows with them and your team.
Contacts is available on all Typeform plans. Enterprise customers can activate it by contacting their Customer Success Manager.
Automations are available as an add-on feature on the Plus, Business, Growth Essentials, Growth Pro, Talent, Growth Custom, and Enterprise plans.
What is an action?
When you upgrade to Contacts and Automations, you get 2.4k or 12k actions, depending on your package. Actions are each of the tasks performed when your automation runs, like triggering an email.
One action is counted as every successfully completed task run by an automation. For example:
A simple automation
Trigger = Contact is added.
Action = Send welcome email to contact.
Scenario:
- If 10 contacts are added in a given day, 10 emails are sent, 10 actions are consumed.
- If 500 contacts are added in a given day, 500 emails are sent, 500 actions are consumed.
