Integrate your forms with Aircall

Typeform’s Aircall integration sends phone numbers collected from your form as tasks to an agent’s To Do list in the Aircall Power Dialer. Once the agent contacts the phone number, they can become a contact in Aircall.

With this integration, you can map your questions in Typeform to different Aircall properties. Your form must include a Phone Number or a Contact Info question with a phone number field to create or update contact records in Aircall.

Create or update a new task with partial responses

If you've added a Partial Submit Point(s) to your form, you can create or update tasks in Aircall each time a respondent passes a Partial Submit Point.

You can enable Partial responses for Aircall in your form's settings:

1. Click the settings icon in the tool bar of the Content panel.

Then follow the instructions below to set up the Aircall integration.

How to set up the integration

1. Create a new form or open up an existing one and click + Add content to add a new question.

2. Add your questions to your form and make sure to include a Phone Number or Contact Info question type. A phone number is required to send contact information to Aircall.

3. You can make your Phone Number question required and customize the default country code your respondents will see in Question settings.

4. To make your Phone Number question required, toggle the Required switch.

Note: We recommend setting your phone number question as required to make sure your respondents can’t skip it while completing your form. Aircall contact records won’t be created or updated if a respondent doesn’t answer the phone number question in your form.

If you’re using the Contact Info question to collect phone numbers, click the asterisk icon next to the Phone number field in Question settings to make it required.

5. To select a default country code, start typing or scroll down to find the country you’re looking for.

6. When you’re done with setting up your form, make sure to hit Share or Publish edits in the top right corner, and navigate to the Connect panel to add the integration.

7. Find the Aircall (by Alloy) integration in the Connect panel by scrolling down or searching for it in the search bar on the left.

8. Click Connect next to the Aircall (by Alloy) integration.

9. Click Add account under Authorize a new account to connect your Aircall and Typeform accounts.

10. Enter your Aircall Email address and password, and click Login to sign into your Aircall account

11. Click Authorize to give Typeform permission to access information about your calls in Aircall.

12. Optionally, click+ Add numbers to add phone numbers to Aircall, or click Skip for now. You can find out more about adding numbers in your Dashboard in Aircall here.

13. Now you’ll see that your Aircall account has been connected to Typeform. Click Continue. This will give everyone in your Typeform Workspace the ability to connect this Aircall account to their forms.

14. Once authenticated, select your Aircall user from the dropdown list and click Continue.

15. You can select the Auto-mapping by Aircall radio button to let Aircall do question mapping for you. Click Finish to save the integration.

16. Or select the Manual mapping radio button to manually map your Typeform questions to Aircall properties.

This will let you map each of your questions to a different Aircall property. For example, when you’re collecting contact details with a Contact Info question in Typeform, you can click + Map to property to map the first name from your form to the first name property in Aircall. Click Clear All to delete your mappings. Click Finish when you’re done with setting up your mappings.

17. Now you’ll see that your form has been connected to Aircall (by Alloy) in the Connect panel. Click the three dots to Edit or Delete the integration.

That’s it! You can now sit back and watch the numbers flow into your Aircall Power Dialer!
