What providers are used in Typeform?
Typeform AI features use models made available by third-party AI providers. The provider and model used may vary by feature and configuration. For more information about Typeform AI features and the providers involved, please see the AI Services Terms.
Where is the data sent? Is data sent to a 3rd party?
Depending on the AI feature used, data you provide to that feature may be processed by one or more AI Providers. The data flow may vary by feature, provider and configuration.

Is the data used to train models?
Typeform does not use Customer Data or Respondent Data to train third-party AI providers' general-purpose models. Typeform may process data through monitoring and observability measures to identify potential hallucinations or issues with the use of third-party AI providers. Data generated through those measures is not shared with third parties to train, fine-tune, develop or improve their AI models.
