Get a closer look at what each participant experienced during your research study. You can open individual sessions to review their responses, watch recordings, and explore the details of their session.

How to view the details of an individual session
1. Open your research study and click Results, then Sessions.
2. Hover over an individual session and click the expand icon.
3. The details of the session will be displayed in the right side panel.
4. You can use the arrows to scroll between individual sessions.
Read on to find out more about the details of individual sessions.
View participant Details
Under the Details tab of an individual response, you’ll find Respondent information and Session information. If your research study asks for the participant’s name, it’ll appear under Respondent information.
You’ll also find answers to Screener questions, if you’ve added them in your research study.
View participant Summary
In the Summary tab, you’ll find an AI summary of the session. It’ll summarize information about the respondent, main findings, motivations, and concerns (if applicable).
View participant video, audio recordings, and transcripts
What you see under the Session tab will depend on the format you’ve chosen for your research study (voice and video, voice, or text).
If you’ve enabled voice and video, you can view the video and audio recording of the participant and the audio of the AI moderator. Push the play button to view the video recording.
Alternatively, you can click the expand icon to view the video in a larger window.
The video and transcript will appear side by side.
Use the video controls to mute the video, adjust the playback speed, enable closed captions, and view the video in full screen.
Voice sessions will include only an audio recording and you’ll hear the AI moderator moderating the session.
Text sessions will include the text responses the participant submitted.
Below the video/audio recording, you can view the transcript of the research study session. Transcripts are automatically generated for completed and partial sessions.
The recording is synced with the transcript and the transcript identifies if it’s the AI moderator or respondent speaking. Click on the timestamps of the transcript to jump to that specific part of the video/audio recording.
You can use the search function to find keywords in the session.
Download video or audio recording
Open the individual session and click the download icon under the Session tab.
Use the details, recordings, and transcripts in each session to understand participant feedback and uncover key insights from your research.
