Share your Research Flow Insights report

Want an easy way to share the results of your research study created with Research Flow? Head to your Results page where you can share your Insights dashboard with ease.

You can find the following information in your Research Flow Insights report:

  • Executive summary
  • Study highlights
  • Results deep dive

Where to find your report

1. Open your research study and click on the Results panel.

Tip: If you want to make sure that you’re sharing the latest analysis of your results, refresh the Insights page before sharing the report.

2. Now click Share to share your report.

3. You'll see different settings for sharing your report.

You can click Copy link to share your report URL, or click the expand icon to view the full report in a new tab.

You can keep your report private with the Visibility toggle. By default, it's Hidden for privacy reasons.

If you share a hidden report with people, they'll see a message like the one below, notifying them that the report is private. 

Click the toggle next to Visibility to make your report Public. Anyone with the report share link can view public reports, and no login is required.

How to share your report

  • Send the link in an email
  • Share your Report on social media sites
  • Share your report via your Ending task by using the redirect button on the Ending to redirect respondents to your report.

Schedule regular email reports

You can schedule regular reports and receive them via email using Digest by Zapier. Read our complete instructions for setting it up for your research studies.
