Panel recruitment groups are participants selected to take part in your research study based on specific audience filters.
You can have multiple recruitment groups per study, each targeting a different audience segment.
For example, you can launch the same study to a recruitment group that targets men from the US between the ages of 25 and 34, and a recruitment group that targets women from the UK between the ages of 35 and 44.

Panel recruitment group statuses
When you want to use a research study panel to take your research study, you'll need to place an order with a recruitment provider for a recruitment group. Each panel recruitment group has its own order status and is tracked independently on the Share page.
Each panel recruitment group has its own order status tracked independently on the Share page.
In the example below, the order status is In progress. This means that the recruitment group is still collecting responses to your research study. You can click Go to Results to view the responses your research study has received, or click Stop recruitment to stop collecting responses from this recruitment group.
In the example below, the Recruitment status of the recruitment group is Completed. This recruitment group has fulfilled its order and is no longer collecting new responses. You can click Go to Results to view the responses of your research study.
All sessions from all recruitment groups feed into the same view on your Results page. In your Sessions table, you can see the name of the panel provider (Prolific or User Interviews) of the study in the Source column.
Your panel participant credit limit depends on your plan access. When you hit this limit, you cannot launch your study to more participants.
When you create a new study group and enter the number of respondents you need, your remaining participant credit limit for the study will appear below the text field.
