How to set up custom domains for Typeform Pages

A custom domain lets you use your own web address for a Typeform Page instead of a default URL. This article explains how to connect your custom domain to your Typeform Page.

A page URL usually consists of three elements:

  • A subdomain (optional)
  • A domain
  • A path (optional)

With Typeform Pages, you can customize the page's subdomain, domain, and path, so that you can use it in any setup.

If you want to use Typeform Pages to host your main website and landing pages, we recommend using a domain you own with page paths. When you add a path to the end of your custom domain and you can host multiple Typeform Pages on the same domain. For example, if you own the domain acme.com, you can create the following page URLS:

  • acme.com
  • acme.com/products
  • acme.com/support
  • acme.com/about
  • acme.com/summer-campaign
  • acme.com/holidays2026

If you want to use Typeform Pages to only host your landing pages while keeping your main website hosted in another platform, we recommend adding a subdomain to your domain. For example, if your website is acme.com, you can create a subdomain for that domain through Typeform such as, try.acme.com. This will allow you to use both platforms without affecting your web traffic routing. You could create the following page URLs:

  • try.acme.com
  • try.acme.com/summer-campaign
  • try.acme.com/holidays2026

In short, you can combine subdomains with paths to help you differentiate your campaign landing pages. The subdomain will allow you to host a Typeform landing page with your current website's domain (try.acme.com) and paths will point to a specific landing page.

Important information:

  • Currently, you can configure up to 3 custom domains for Typeform Pages. Each domain can be used in multiple pages as long as they include a unique path (e.g. acme.com/products, acme.com/about). If you need more custom domains, please contact the Support team.
  • Custom domains for Typeform Pages are not connected to custom domains you have set up for your forms. If you’ve set up a custom domain for your forms, you’ll also need to set up a custom domain for your Typeform Page.
  • Typeform Pages is currently in closed beta. If you don’t see the option to create a page, Pages isn’t enabled for you yet.
  • Adding a custom domain for Typeform Pages is available on all plans.
  • Only organization owners and admins have permissions to set up custom domains for Typeform pages.

Automated custom domain/subdomain setup

1. In the landing page builder, click the settings icon.

2. Click the Publish settings tab.

3. In the custom domain field, enter in the custom domain you want to use and click Save.

You can enter just the domain, for example typeform.com or mycompany.com. Or you can add a subdomain, such as try.typeform.com or go.mycompany.com.

4. Next, a pop up window will appear to inform you that Typeform uses Entri to help with setting up your domain. Click Continue.

5. Entri will try to locate the provider where your domain is registered.

If Entri is unable to locate your domain provider, you’ll need to select your provider and complete the set up manually (see the manual set up section below).

6. Once your domain provider has been located, you’ll need to log into your domain provider. The example below shows Hostinger as the domain provider.

7. Now, you’ll see a popup to confirm the configuration was successful. Click Done.

8. The status of your domain can appear as unauthorized. It can take up to 48 hours for your domain to be authorized and connected.

Click Authorize to check if it’s been connected.

9. Once your domain has been connected, the status will be updated to authorized. Click Save when you’re done.

10. To enter a new domain, click the custom domain dropdown and select New domain. Then repeat the process with the steps above.
