Change of email address for follow-up messages

We’ve recently updated the email address used for follow-up messages from notifications@typeform.com to notifications@followups.typeform.io to streamline communication. Although most of your email recipients will not be affected by this change, there are a few instances that you should take note of if your recipients are experiencing difficulties with follow-up notifications.

 

  • Follow-up recipients who have added notifications@typeform.com to a trusted, safe sender, or favorited domain list in their email provider should also add notifications@followups.typeform.io to keep receiving follow-up emails.

 

  • Follow-up recipients who have set up an email automation for notifications@typeform.com should add notifications@followups.typeform.io to their automations (e.g. in Gmail forward every email from @followups.typeform.io to another email).

 

  • Follow-up recipients who have previously marked emails from notifications@typeform.com as spam could potentially receive emails again from notifications@followups.typeform.io as it's a different email address.

Note! We’ve updated our email service provider with a list of all email addresses that marked the previous email (notifications@typeform.com) as spam to prevent future follow-ups from being sent. However, some recipients could still receive emails from notifications@followups.typeform.io.
