Rating question

Want to know your customers’ opinions about your product or service? Or how much your friends liked your last party on a scale of 1 to 5? A rating question is a simple and visual way of rating things.

Rating and Ranking questions—although their name and functionality are similar—can be used for different purposes:

  • Use the Rating question to compare different items on a common scale, for example, to ask people how much they like a celebrity on a scale of 1 to 5.
  • Use the Ranking question to compare different items to each other, for example, to rank people’s most and least favorite celebrities.

How to use a Rating question

1. To add a Rating question, open a form from your Workspace, or start a new one. Then click + Add content to open the question type menu.
