If you're using the Classic builder, you can find that article here.
Save time and keep your audience engaged by showing them relevant questions! With Simple Logic, you can branch your typeforms and send people down different paths depending on their answers.
In this example, we’ll ask people whether they’re a cat or a dog person. Once they answer this first question, they’ll only see follow up questions relevant to them. Cat people will see cat questions, and dog people will see dog questions.
Let’s see how it’s done:
1. Create a Multiple Choice or Picture Choice question and add your answers. These will be the different paths.
2. Add the follow up questions people will see based on their answers.
3. Go to the Logic panel and select Question branching.
4. Map each question to the relevant answers, and click Save when ready.
That’s it! You’ve segmented your audience by only showing them questions relevant to their answers.
This was done with Simple Logic and single-branching a typeform; so now you might be wondering what multi-branching is. To build a more complex typeform with scores, conditions and multiple selection, add Branching and calculations using Advanced Logic.
