You can't pre-populate or pre-fill answers to open-ended question types such as filling in the fields to a Contact Info question.
However, you can pipe information from URL parameters into your form. So, for example, if you already know someone's name, you can add their name to the URL parameter and this will feed their name into your form, so it feels more personal and you won't have to ask them to enter their name themselves.
