Customize your form's colors

Change the colors of the different elements in your form–question text, answer text, buttons, button text, and background–then save them as part of your custom Typeform theme in a few simple steps.

How to change the colors in your form

1. Open a form from your Workspace, then click the Design tab in the toolbar.

2. Click on the 3 dots of a theme to edit it, or create a new one by clicking the + symbol next to Themes.

3. Select colors for titles and questions in the Font tab...

Screenshot 2025-01-22 at 18.20.45.png... or colors for buttons, button text, and answers in the Buttons tab. You can click on the color picker and choose a color from the palette, or enter a hex code.

4. In the Background tab, you can also change the color of your background, or if you’d like to use a background image instead of a solid-color background, click the + Add image button under Background image. There’s more information about adding background images here.

5. Once you’re happy, click Save changes to apply the color changes to your form.
