If you've set up our Freshdesk integration already, you can find all supported field mappings here.
You can only map your Typeform questions to the following Freshdesk fields:

| Short Text | Ticket subject, Ticket description |
| Long Text | Ticket subject, Ticket description |
| Contact email |
No other Typeform questions can currently be mapped to Freshdesk fields, and no data from unsupported question types will be sent through to the Freshdesk.
